Its Flock Browser. You should check it out its simply amazing :)
It links together all of your favorite social networking websites like Facebook Myspace Flickr Twitter Youtube and tons of other ones, and shows you when you have new notifications :)
Also, if you have a personal blog, you can link Flock to it because there's a Blog Editor built in! And a Photo Uploader which allows you to upload to any of the sites I listed above. Check out their website! There's tons of other features I didn't cover :P
